Laid Luxe Hair Co – Return & Refund Policy

At Laid Luxe Hair Co, we pride ourselves on providing premium raw and virgin human hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once processed.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order purchases are final sale. Pre-order items are made-to-order and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once payment has been processed.

Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The hair has NOT been installed, worn, altered, brushed, washed, or combed.

• The original packaging and security ties remain fully intact.

• Lace has NOT been cut or customized.

• The return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.

If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom colored or customized hair

• Wigs with cut lace

• Installed or worn hair

• Sale or promotional items

Refunds

If a return is approved and received in original condition, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Laid Luxe Hair Co reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy standards.
